Participants’ Responsibilities

All participants partaking in club activities, whether in the clubhouse or outside it, do so at their own risk and are required to:

a. Take Reasonable care to look after their own safety and health;

b. Safeguard the safety and health of the people affected by their participation or work;

c. Cooperate with the club’s safety and health procedures;

d. Use tools and other equipment properly in accordance with relevant safety instructions and training they have received;

e. Not misuse equipment provided for their safety and health;

f. Report all accidents, injuries, near misses, or other dangerous occurrences in a timely fashion;

g. Abide by the relevant club bye-laws governing their participation.
